Bringing you some of the entertainment we missed this summer!

Like so many other events, the AMGH Foundation’s Gala, that was planned for this September, had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. But the Foundation isn’t going to let that stop them from finding creative ways to continue to support the healthcare needs of the community.

Tune in to be entertained in the comfort of your home, by artists you could normally expect to see at the Celtic Festival, Canadiana Musicfest, Summerfest, Multicultural Festival, Music in the Fields, and others.  Confirmed acts include:

  • Reynolds, Robinson & Lodge
  • Full Nelson
  • Irish Cowboys
  • Huron Harp School
  • Waterstreet Blues Band
  • Vaudevillians

Stay tuned for hints and announcements about special guests and other entertainers making an appearances during the event!

“We really wanted to give everyone a chance to enjoy some of the music that these festivals usually bring to our community. I am personally so excited for the amazing line up we are putting together.”
David Mackechnie
AMGH Foundation Chair
“This event is a fundraiser, but just as importantly, it is about acknowledging the outstanding work and dedication of our frontline healthcare workers and hospital staff. We want our healthcare workers and hospital staff to know that they are appreciated and that we are here to continue to support the work that they do to keep our community safe and healthy.”
Shannon LaHay
AMGH Foundation Executive Director

“We believe in contributing to the communities that we build in and live in.  Healthcare is so important and we want to help.”
Tony Azar

Hosting fundraising events naturally comes with expenses and sponsorships ensure that those costs are covered.  This means that all donations made during the event can go directly to supporting the healthcare equipment needs of the Hospital, to benefit patient care.

The Foundation is pleased to acknowledge Tony Azar and Raymax Construction for their generous sponsorship for the production of this event. Raymax Construction has been building quality homes in the Windsor-Essex area for over 30 years and has demonstrated a commitment to supporting their community. Raymax is now developing in Point Clark and Azar wants to extend that community support through Huron County.

We gratefully acknowledge our generous event sponsors
