| Thank You!
The Foundation is only as strong as the community that sustains it. The Foundation is grateful that the community shares its vision. It is that support that lays the groundwork for the Foundation’s future success. Thanks to you, the vision of excellence in rural health care will continue.
The Foundation’s Responsibility to its Donors
The Foundation is committed to ensuring that your gifts are used for the intent for which you gave them. Transparency and donor accountability are key priorities of the Foundation. To this end, the Foundation upholds the principles outlined in Imagine Canada’s Ethical Fundraising and Financial Accountability Code. By adhering to these standards, the Foundation is complying with generally accepted practices for soliciting and managing donor dollars.
Each year, the Foundation publishes an Annual Report. The report includes the Foundation’s audited financial statements along with donor profiles and updates on the previous year’s projects. You can also request a print copy by contacting the Foundation office. The Foundation's most recent Charity Information Return (T3010) submitted to the Canada Revenue Agency can be found on the CRA's Charities Listing website.
The Foundation believes that you should be informed about the Foundation’s past, current and future projects and events. The Foundation publishes a semi-annual newsletter. Copies of the newsletters can be read online by clicking on the News & Events icon on the banner above. If you wish to have your name added to the Foundation’s mailing list, please e-mail or call the Foundation office.
